I had very good experience doing business with the company. My first contact at this company was Alpana and I was... sold right away. She was very polite and patient and answered all of my questions. We were relocating to the US and had a lot of stuff to be shipped. She was very helpful in arranging the shipment and quoting me a very competitive price. We had a huge painting that we wanted to ship, Alpana went over and beyond to make sure the painting made it to the destination. She kept in constant contact via phone calls and text messages and kept me updated. It was a challenge to ship a very large item but Global India did it. I’d recommend Global India to all. Ask for Alpana and she will take care of your shipment.read more

I have to say as far as I recall I've only had deliveries from this company twice and both of them got delivered on... time.Absolutely no problems, they always deliver through the express network to my door steps, so no problems so far.I understand that this may change in future but for now, things are good..read more

Responsive only until package is picked up after that response is delayed. No proper updates on the tracking page, one... has to follow up on daily basis. Customer care is not good and not reachable. No clear updates provided. They say they will help in packaging but the quality of the box was pathetic. They reused a potato chips box which might not have been in good state before only. Package was received in a very bad state. Will not use or recommend.read more

Booked a parcel for collection from my home and delivery to UK.Easy online process, selected a well known courier for... next day collection and it worked out cheaper by about 8200 than the couriers own website with all dimensions etc entered.Delivered on time and with myself and recipient able to track.Box was in perfect condition on delivery too.Well done Global India, likely Ill use You again as its easy to see price and service options.read more

Overall very good. Very easy to use webpage/booking page, easy, simple and straightforward. Lots of good flexibility it... collection and delivery. A morning or afternoon specification would be good but then you can’t have everything given the price. I was unable to track my package so maybe the time was specified.My item arrived with slight damage but then it wasn’t particularly well wrapped for transit. I would definitely use them again. I booked one consignment for Singapore through Global courier. Mr Niteshji assured me delivery of that consignment... within 3 days with lowest possible charges of 14kg pack. Needed to send some Face Mask to China, found Global India Express number from Google Excellent, Professional service.... Booked a door-to-door parcel pick up and delivery one day in advance. They showed up the next day on time for the pick up and delivered the following day as promised. They arrived in China within a few days - can't ask for more than that.Would definitely recommend!read more
